Terms of Service

Welcome to The Print Shop. By placing an order through our website, gang sheet builders, invoices, or any other sales channel, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Orders & Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, sizing, spelling, colors, and design placement before submitting an order. Artwork uploaded through our gang sheet builders is printed exactly as submitted.

The Print Shop is not responsible for:

• Low-resolution artwork
• Poor image quality
• Transparent backgrounds not removed
• Spelling or grammar errors
• Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
• Color variations caused by customer artwork or monitor settings

We recommend uploading high-resolution artwork at 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds for best results.

Production & Turnaround Times

Orders placed before our posted cutoff time may qualify for same-day production. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to equipment issues, high order volume, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping times are controlled by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility.

Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if an error occurs due to our printing or production process, The Print Shop will reprint the affected item or order at our discretion. Claims regarding printing defects or order issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Color Disclaimer

Printed colors may vary slightly from what is seen on computer monitors, phones, or tablets. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically discussed prior to ordering.

Heat Press & Application Responsibility

Customers are responsible for properly applying transfers according to the provided application instructions. The Print Shop is not responsible for transfers damaged due to improper pressing, temperature, pressure, peeling method, or application technique.

Copyright & Trademark Responsibility

By uploading artwork, the customer confirms they have the legal right to reproduce the design. The Print Shop is not liable for copyright, trademark, or licensing violations submitted by customers.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, hateful, or copyrighted material that the customer does not have permission to use.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has started. Custom printed products enter production quickly, and materials are often used immediately after purchase.

Limitation of Liability

The Print Shop shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Policy Updates

The Print Shop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
