Refund policy

At The Print Shop, we stand behind the quality of every product we produce. If an issue occurs due to the printing process or a production error on our end, we will gladly reprint the affected order.

Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring all uploaded artwork, images, sizing, and design files are correct before submitting an order through our gang sheet builders. We are not responsible for low-resolution files, artwork quality issues, spelling errors, transparency issues, or other problems contained within customer-supplied designs.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom printed items.
