At The Print Shop, we pride ourselves on fast turnaround times and reliable shipping.
Production & Shipping Times
Most orders placed before 1:00 PM EST qualify for same-day production and shipping or pickup. Orders placed after the cutoff time will typically be completed the following business day.
Production times may vary during holidays, sales events, equipment maintenance, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and shipping speed selected at checkout.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, The Print Shop is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages caused by the carrier, weather delays, or delivery issues outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is correct at the time of purchase. The Print Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Greenwood, Indiana area. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, please contact The Print Shop and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, shipping availability outside the United States may be limited. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
